We are a group of Blueprint youth and leaders who are passionate about the Gospel!
In July we are travelling to Tanzania, East Africa. This is a country that has enormous potential but is one of the world’s poorest nations. A large proportion of the population does not have access to clean water, basic health services or good schools and many village communities are isolated or inaccessible.
However, there is hope! Our church has partnered with the Joshua Foundation for almost 30 years, a charitable organisation who are making a real difference through their work in education, leadership training and community support. They run schools, train teachers, and share the Gospel through prayer and healing to those most in need.
We will be joining the Joshua Foundation team to be the hands and feet of Jesus! This will be an incredible experience to learn and grow in faith, as we serve God as well as our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. We cannot wait to see the Gospel spread within families and communities of Arusha and beyond!
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20
Please be praying:
- That God will be glorified
- For God to use us and speak to us
- For the team’s spiritual preparation
- For clarity and boldness of speech when sharing the Gospel
- For hearts and minds of locals to be open to the Good News
- For healing of the sick
- For health and safety of the team
- For protection from any spiritual attack
- For the Joshua Foundation team and local Christians in Arusha
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8
